Study One-to-One or in a small group

If you are looking for an experienced English teacher in Milan, Saronno or the surrounding towns, speak to us. Although our teachers are always in demand and so we have limited availability, we have teachers in or close to most of the major towns in the Varese, Milano and Monza provinces.

A private One-to-One course is, for most people, the most efficient way to study English. You can study at your own pace and concentrate on the things that you most need to improve. Our teachers can offer courses based on General English, Business English or Academic English for students who need to pass formal English exams. Insegnante-Inglese is a group of private independent teachers, not a language school, so although our teachers have a lot of experience of preparing students for exams, we do not offer exams ourselves.

Alternatively, if you simply want to maintain your fluency or build confidence in your speaking and listening skills, we can also provide conversation-based lessons. It's your choice!

Lesson times and durations depend on you. The majority of students find that the most effective solution is to have two lessons a week of 60-90 minutes, plus at least an hour of self study to do homework and revise the things covered during lessons. Lessons are held either at your home (or workplace) or at the teacher's home, depending on availability and location.

Intensive Courses

If you need to improve your English language skills in a hurry, perhaps for a job interview or an English exam, studying once or twice a week probably isn't the most effective solution.

What you need is an Intensive English Course. Intensive courses can be difficult to arrange during the year because of the normal demands of study, work and family and also because most teachers are busy with long-term courses. For this reason, many of our clients prefer to enroll for one of our Summer Intensive Courses.
